These circular cutting machines have a stationary cutting unit and rotary circular table. The cutting unit is welded steel construction which carries pre-tensioned knife guide (By approx. 10 Tons). These machines have a touch screen display and are PLC controlled. The cutting speed of these machines can be infinitely adjusted between 0 to 5 R.P.M. These also have a detector for the blade breakage and a blade warning light. There is also a band knife that is grinded by two driven cup grinders during the splitting operation. A vacuum system is also present there in the slitting area. It has got a splitting and stacking height of 1220mm.

Band knife
The band knife is 30 mm wide and its service life is about 150 working
hours. 2 driven cup grinders grind the band knife during the splitting
operation.
Adjustment of layer thickness
Pre-selection of layer thickness in the range of 1.5 mm to 200 mm by
vainer or electronically by a preselection counter with digital display
from the control panel from 1.5 mm to 999.9 mm with increments of 0.1
mm.
Cutting speed
The cutting speed is infinitely adjustable between 0 to 5 R.P.M.
