We manufacture and supply excellent quality Cushion Cutting Line. These are basically designed for trimming the sides of single or long blocks. The machine consists of two vertical cutters in a Left-Right arrangement which can be moved in-out with respect to one another, Grippers to guide the foam block during cutting and a Belt conveyor to drive the foam block. There is also a control panel with push buttons and indication meters. There is also a digital display for indicating the position of the rippers and the distance of the blade from the center. There is also a selection between Individual or Synchronized movement of In-Out function of the cutters as well as grippers. It also contains an emergency stop push button for safety.
