Our HORIZONTAL CUTTING MACHINES are the finest cutting machines available today in the market. These machines are primarily used for converting PU Foam blocks in to sheets. These machines are PLC controlled, fully automatic and can be started from any point. This feature allows starting the operation from any position by pressing a single button. The cutting unit is welded steel construction. The knife guide is pre-tensioned and is coated with PTFE. The Power required is 12 H.P. and space required is 10M X 5 M. An endless band knife executes the cutting that runs on four dynamically balanced wheels to give a smooth cutting surface. In order to cut the Foam the table moves to and fro and it do's so in a linear motion. After the cut the cutting section lifts up a little to allow obstruction free reverse movement of the table. It has a cutting height of 1200mm.

Specifications Construction
The cutting unit is welded steel construction. The table is made from steel pipe and slides over track lines covered with hardened steel. The top is made of wooden boards coated with special friction material.

Bandknife
30 MM wide band knife runs over dynamically balanced knife wheels. Motorized grinders sharpen the blade continuously, during cutting operation.

Knife guide
It is pretensioned and coated with P.T. F.E.. Thickness
Thickness can be pre set with the help of digital display in the range of 0 to 999 MM in steps of 0.1 MM.

Table capacity
Automatic Horizontal Cutting Machine can take up to 4 blocks of 1828 mm X 915 mm (6' X 3') (High capacity tables are also available as per customer's selection).
