We at A.S. ENTERPRISES manufacture and supply excellent quality Side Trimming Machines. These machines are designed for trimming the sides of single or long blocks in an efficient way minimizing the work time and also providing digital control over the thickness of sides to be removed. These consist of a control panel with all the push buttons and indication meters. There is an emergency push button for safety. It has motorized up-down movement of the knife guides. The machine consists of two vertical cutters in a Left-Right arrangement which can be moved in-out with respect to one another, Grippers to guide the foam block during cutting and a Belt conveyor to drive the foam block. There is a digital display for the position of the grippers and distance between the blades. The Belt Conveyor has got a Forward Reverse movement. There is also a selection between Individual or Synchronized movement of In-Out function of the cutters as well as grippers.
